  4. Adapt: Be  not afraid to admit when a tool isn’t working and pivot accordingly.

The  goal is to use tech to free up team’s time for creative thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building – the aspects of business where human touch is irreplaceable.

Of course, the SME journey with technology isn’t without its challenges.
