The Challenge

R Legal is a commercial law practice based in Sydney, NSW. As a newly established firm, founding Principal Ricky Raad needed a solution that would enable him to scale his support quickly for clients, without having to take on the cost and time involved in training a full paralegal team from the onset. This is a common issue for many practices, who must find the balance between cash flow and increasing fixed cost commitments.

The Solution

We worked with Ricky and the rest of the R Legal team to help develop an ongoing process to support their commercial transactions. This onboarding process includes online meetings directly between R Legal management and the SBA ‘away’ team to help familiarise SBA with the internal processes, and suggest any possible improvements to workflows etc.
Once technical details were organised such as practice management system access and shared cloud drives, the R Legal team could then utilise team SBA’s full paralegal support.
